ONE DAY COURSES.
Aimed directly at Digital SLR users and carefully designed to cover essential techniques such as exposure and composition the workshops will offer a blend of discussion and practice, with plenty of time spent out taking photographs.
The course content is flexible and therefore suited to photographers of all abilities ranging from competent camera club members to the most humble beginner. The workshops are informal and friendly and begin with a nice relaxing coffee somewhere on the Yorkshire coast.

"From capture to print" Photographic holidays
Limited to 3 people per course.
After a successful year with regard to the one day courses, and having listened to the needs of customers Chris is pleased to announce the introduction of 3 night/4 day residential workshops. As well as a relaxing time away with your camera the courses will cover all aspects of the photographic process: image capture, RAW file conversion, editing in Photoshop, preparing and printing the finished image. Expect to visit locations such as Holy Island, Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh Castle, Embleton Bay, Budle Bay, Beadnell with plenty of time for discussion and "classroom" based post-capture tuition.

To ensure your photographic holiday is as relaxing and rewarding as possible you will be staying in your own en-suite room at the Sunningdale Hotel in the heart of Bamburgh(www.sunningdale-hotel.com) As well as the photographic tuition the price includes all breakfasts and 2 course evening meal from the hotel's main menu, with half bottle of wine per person at dinner. (The Sunningdale is my chosen hotel when photographing Northumberland, the food is excellent and the service is always attentive and friendly)
Course cost £595 for the 3 nights/4 days. (each course limited to just 3 people, early booking is recommended). A non-refundable deposit of £150 is payable at the time of booking, balance due 5 weeks prior to commencement of course.
